Global Delivery Responsible Business Approach
Through the Global Delivery Responsible Business Program (GRiP), our 22,000+ colleagues across the world have a vision to lead the change to a better and more sustainable tomorrow. We believe that in working together with colleagues, community and charity partners, our customers and business partners, we can solve the most difficult challenges. Over the past six years, we have seen the engagement and commitment of our employees driving a huge breadth of creative and impactful initiatives – as you can read about in this Annual Report website. We have the support of senior management across the organization, with ambitious targets in place across our global operations to drive greater impact and achievements.
We use the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as our framework to accomplish positive change, using these far-reaching global goals to guide our strategy and approach. We embed the SDGs in all of our responsible business activities, and we harness the passion and diversity of our employees to drive innovation for the Goals.
When delivering business for our customers and partners through Global Delivery, we take into account all environmental, societal, and economic impacts. This enables long-term growth for Fujitsu. This includes:
- Respect for human rights, diversity equity and inclusion
- Human resource development, including employee upskilling, wellbeing, and inclusion
- Maintenance of a healthy environment
- Contributing to the positive long-term development of local communities by building community value and strengthening collaborative relationships
